About the Center for Non-Adversarial Divorce

Arden Hauer mediated for the first time in 1986, and soon after left adversarial law, because of its destructive and expensive nature, for full time mediation. She created the name Center for Non-Adversarial Divorce in 1990.

Hauer began her mediation service in Boulder. She added an Englewood office in 1991, and later locations in Northglenn, Cherry Creek, and Denver West. In 2000 she settled again in one office in Genesee until 2011 when she replaced that with offices in Denver West and Evergreen, her current locations. The Denver West office is at the Denver West Boulevard exit from I-70 (Exit 263), near Colfax and Colorado Mills, in the Denver West Suites. The Evergreen office is shared with attorneys Ted Sells and Susan Stearns in the US Bank Building.
